Bruce Xu
Managing Director
Bruce leads Radiant Ridge Energy's strategic direction with extensive international experience in energy and technology sectors. As General Manager at SSG Inc., he oversaw 200MW+ projects with parent company Primeblock. His executive background includes C-suite positions at BM Group and BTHMB Holding managing operations across multiple jurisdictions and directing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. Bruce specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and international business development.
Kevin Capozzi
VP Operations
Kevin brings 30 years of international experience in facilities management, land development and finance across North America, Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His strong engineering background and hands-on expertise ensure maximum uptime in project development and operations.
Lisa Bzdurreck
VP Land and Business Development
Lisa Bzdurreck is an experienced Land professional with diverse experience in upstream oil and gas, academia, and clean technologies. At Radiant Ridge, she identifies opportunities, clears regulatory pathways, and implements compliance readiness solutions. Her career spans increasingly senior roles on high-value conventional, unconventional, and oil sands projects. She taught in SAIT's Energy Asset Management diploma program, earning an Instructor Excellence Award. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Waterloo and is a graduate of Mount Royal University's Petroleum Land and Contracts Administration program.
Richard J. Grant
VP Legal and Commercial
Over 35 years of legal, land, business and management experience in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors worldwide with major multi national oil companies (Imperial Oil and ConocoPhillips), several start up enterprises, a big four accounting firm (EY) and a major multinational law firm (Gowling WLG). Richard has done extensive work in relation to Indigenous partnerships and commercial joint ventures.
Wendy Ell
VP Marketing and Stakeholder Relations
Wendy has over 25 years of professional experience leading public relations programming for those in oil and gas, renewables, agriculture, manufacturing, technology, industrial and finance. She has worked with well over 100 clients across these value chains and continues to be called on regularly for advice, stakeholder relations, risk management & communications support to government, regional consortia, tech innovators, and NGOs for the expressed purpose of optimizing end-to-end ESG considerations, cross sector connections, information sharing and/or new business development. At Radiant Ridge, she helps to generate strategic stakeholder engagement, profile creation, and meticulously designed brand content. Furthermore, she builds integrated communications that are expressly designed to help facilitate highly rewarding partnerships for the organization, its projects and the communities within which we work
Adrian Guthrie
Finance, CPA
Adrian is an accomplished finance executive with extensive energy sector experience. His career includes senior roles at AltaGas and a decade at Vermilion Energy, where he managed global marketing accounting, oversaw a $1.4 billion acquisition. He established Vermilion's Australian Business Unit and implemented marketing arrangements saving over $100MM. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Monash University and is a CPA (Australia).
Andy Pearle
Site Development
Andy focuses on identifying and securing optimal project locations across rural Alberta and Western Canada. With deep experience in energy, agricultural, and oil-and-gas settings, he works directly with landowners to structure agreements that enable Radiant Ridge Energy’s projects. His hands-on approach ensures each site balances technical feasibility with community and environmental considerations, supporting the company’s long-term growth and reliability goals.
Julia Armstrong
Office Manager
Julia brings over 15 years of business experience including 8 years at Talisman Energy managing production accounting across multiple provinces.
