Bruce Xu
Managing Director
Bruce leads Radiant Ridge Energy's strategic direction with extensive international experience in energy and technology sectors. As General Manager at SSG Inc., he oversaw 200MW+ projects with parent company Primeblock. His executive background includes C-suite positions at BM Group and BTHMB Holding managing operations across multiple jurisdictions and directing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. Bruce specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and international business development.
Kevin Capozzi
VP Operations
Kevin brings 30 years of international experience in facilities management, land development and finance across North America, Middle East, Africa, and Europe. His strong engineering background and hands-on expertise ensure maximum uptime in project development and operations.
Lisa Bzdurreck
VP Land and Business Development
Lisa brings nearly 20 years of expertise in land management and regulatory compliance across the oil and gas sector, with senior experience at Statoil Canada, Cenovus Energy, EnCana Corporation, and Harvest Exploration. She specializes in large-scale energy projects, mineral and surface rights management, Carbon Sequestration, and Enhanced Oil Recovery programs. A former award-winning instructor at SAIT's MacPhail School of Energy, Lisa holds degrees from the University of Waterloo and Mount Royal University.
Richard J. Grant
VP Legal and Commercial
Over 35 years of legal, land, business and management experience in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors worldwide with major multi national oil companies (Imperial Oil and ConocoPhillips), several start up enterprises, a big four accounting firm (EY) and a major multinational law firm (Gowling WLG). Richard has done extensive work in relation to Indigenous partnerships and commercial joint ventures.
Adrian Guthrie
Finance, CPA
Adrian brings 21 years of international oil and gas accounting expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence. His career includes senior roles at AltaGas Ltd. and Vermilion Energy Inc., where he oversaw a $1.4 billion acquisition and established Australian operations.
Julia Armstrong
Administrative Assistant & Office Manager
Julia brings over 15 years of business experience including 8 years at Talisman Energy managing production accounting across multiple provinces.
